FAQ's

Q:  What therapy settings are available for the Resvent iBreeze?

A:  The pressure range for the Resvent iBreeze is 4-20cm.

Q:  Is a heated hose available for the Resvent iBreeze?

A:  No.  The Resvent iBreeze uses a 15mm or 22mm standard hose.

Q:  Does the Resvent iBreeze have Auto-Start ability?

A:  Yes, the device allows settings of "Auto Start" and "Auto Stop."

Q:  What's the purpose of IPR settings for the iBreeze?

A:  IPR is the iBreeze's ability to control exhalation relief.  Adjustments can be made from 0 to 3, with 0 being the lowest level of exhalation relief.

Q:  Does the Resvent iBreeze come with a mode?

A:  Yes, the iBreeze has a Wifi enabled modem built in.

Q:  Does the iBreeze track and store sleep data?

A:  Yes.  The iBreeze uses iMatrix Software to store your sleep data.  The iMatrix software is installed on your computer, where you can add yourself as a patient and include the serial number from your device.  At that point, you'll be able to pull data from the SD card.  Once this is completed, you can pull your therapy and compliance reports.

Q:  What kind of maintenance is required for the Resvent iBreeze?

A:  The machine's water chamber should be emptied daily.  This prevents bacteria and mold from growing.  The chamber can be left to air dry (do not dry in direct sunlight).  Also, be sure to inspect the hose, as you want to avoid seeing condensation build up within.  You should also inspect the hose to be sure it is not torn or stretched out.  Replace as needed.  Both the water chamber and hose should be cleaned with soap and water once a week.  Do not use chemicals to clean your sleep equipment.  To help dry the hose, you can hang it from a door or shower rod.  Blow drying the hose is also acceptable.  If you are cleaning on a regular basis and see a build-up of materials, consider using a mixture of water and vinegar instead of soap.
