We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products we sell. Within 30 days of your purchase, any sealed, unopened products you have purchased may be returned to us for a full refund, exchange, or credit less any shipping costs. Simply ship it back to us with a note indicating how you would like us to handle the return (store credit or refund to your credit card). No return authorization number is necessary.
Because of the nature of the medical equipment sold on CPAPDirect.com, returns of opened items cannot be accepted.
Masks and accessories are considered opened if the packaging has been opened.
Machines are considered used if the packaging has been opened and usage hours are present on the machine, or if the packaging has been opened and the machine shows any signs of misuse or damage.
Exceptions to the above will need prior approval and only store credit will be issued. DO NOT send in a device until you have contacted us and have been given a Return Authorization Number.
Note: A USED SoClean 2 unit still within the 30 day trial period may be returned. Please fill out the Product Return Form and send along with your SoClean to the address on that document.
