Design
The AirFit F20 Full Face Mask with Headgear has a design that is similar to its predecessor the AirFit F10 which is lower beneath the eyes. This offers the user a clear line of sight for reading or watching TV before falling asleep. For added comfort during wear, padding was added to the headgear and frame of the mask. The InfinitySeal full face cushion begins at the bridge of the nose and rests below the mouth to provide CPAP therapy to both the nose and the mouth. The AirFit 20 features a unique design that covers the nose and mouth without additional forehead support.
Similar to a winged design, the frame spreads low beneath the eyes and high above the ears. Around the ears, the frame of the mask connects to the headgear which covers the circumference of your head with minimal fabric. This unique design promotes stability without needing an obstructive support bar. Users who tend to be claustrophobic or like to read or watch TV before bedtime will enjoy the new open range of visibility.

InfinitySeal
The InfinitySeal full face cushion is a specially designed seal for various pressures to promote a stronger seal during CPAP therapy. The cushion pairs pairs effectively with the frame that is designed to fit a wide range of face types and structures. The InfinitySeal and frame work together for the best possible performance results. The headgear rises above the ears, over the crown of the head, and slopes downward towards the base of the head. The padded headgear glides along the head’s circumference, leaving a portion of the head untouched. The integrated padding was included into the mask’s design to guarantee comfort during use.
Magnetic clips connect the headgear straps at the bottom to the base of the cushion. Just lift the clip from its magnetic attachment to remove the mask from your face without losing the fitting. The AirFit 20 elbow extends from a circular attachment and connects to the InfinitySeal cushion. Tiny holes are included to diffuse the sound of the air as it is being released from the mask. This feature helps quiet the CPAP therapy for the bed partner and the user. The elbow can be easily removed from the CPAP hose quickly and efficiently. If you need to get up in the middle of the night during therapy, simply slide the CPAP hose from the base of the elbow to quickly stop and start therapy without disrupting the mask settings.
The AirFit F20 full face mask was made in three different headgear sizes to ensure a comfortable fit for each user. Only the Standard size is included with this mask and headgear unit. A Small and Large size is also available for you to choose the best fitting for your face structure and cushion size.

FAQ's
Q: How long does the AirFit F20 mask typically last?
A: Not all parts of a mask wear down at the same time. The F20's headgear, frame, and elbow should be replaced about every 6 months. The F20's cushion should be changed out every 2 to 3 months. With enough use, the cushion collects facial oils and other debris that soften the silicone, eventually creating a poor fit.
Q: How often should I clean my AirFit F20 mask?
A: You'll want to clean your F20 cushion daily to keep bacteria and skin cells from building up. You can clean the frame, headgear, and elbow less frequently--about once a week. Clean these items with mild soap and warm water. For best results, be sure to disassemble the mask before you begin cleaning. Use a clean towel to dry your equipment. Do not dry your sleep equipment in direct sunlight. If you find that your headgear is still damp, you can squeeze it a bit before laying it out to dry.
Q: What do I do to disassemble my AiFit F20 mask?
A. First, remove the elbow from the frame and unhook the magnetic clip from the frame. Next, you'll want to undo the lower and upper headgear tabs. Remove the headgear from the frame and slide both of the magnetic clips off the headgear strap. Lastly, remove the cushion from the frame, but be sure to hold the frame in one hand and the hard plastic portion of the cushion in the other hand. If this is your first time taking your mask apart, some force will be necessary to remove the cushion.
Q: How do I assemble my AirFit F20 mask?
A: Line up the cushion to the frame with the circular opening and push until the pieces are attached. You'll then thread the magnetic clips onto the bottom head straps. Be sure to fold over the straps so that the Velcro is secure. Next, thread the upper headgear straps through the slots of the frame. Once again, fold the Velcro tabs over to secure them. Finally, push the elbow into the front of the mask. You should be able to hear a 'click' once the elbow is attached.
Q: What is the difference between the AirFit F20 and the AirTouch F20?
A: These masks are identical in terms of the elbow, frame, and headgear. The only difference between the masks is the cushion. The AirFit F20 uses a silicone cushion while the AirTouch F20 uses memory foam. The difference between these cushions is important because the AirTouch cushion is softer and provides a better seal, but it is likely to wear out much faster than the AirFit cushion.
Q: What is the difference between the AirFit F20 and the AirFit F20 for Her?
A: The F20 for Her has a more narrow frame and allows for a small cushion or medium to be used; however, you may not use a large cushion with the F20 for Her frame. Also, the F20 For Her comes with pink and gray headgear that is slightly smaller than the standard blue/gray headgear.
Q: If I use this mask with the AirMini, am I required to buy the setup pack?
A: Yes, to use this mask with the AirMini you must have the setup pack, which is required when you make your AirMini purchase.
Q Can I wear glasses with this mask?
A: Yes, you can wear glasses with this mask.
